Returns and Damages Policy
We want to be sure you are completely happy with your order. In the first instance please let us know if you have any issues with a product or delivery.
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
If you need to change or cancel an order please contact us ASAP and include the order number on your confirmation email if at all possible.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders - this includes canvas prints which are custom printed on receipt of order in the customer's required size and design
- Personalised mugs and other products made specifically to a customer's requirements.
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damage in Transit
If an item arrives damaged please let us know within 7 days. A photo of the packaging would be most appreciated. Where an item has been delivered by courier and you notice damage to the packaging you are well within your rights to ask the courier to wait until you have checked the contents to confirm there is no damage, and to reject the delivery if there is a problem. Please let us know if you have done this and we will arrange a replacement for you.
