Product Description

The thick coats of Highland cattle protect them from the winter weather, making them especially suitable for grazing across the north of England as well as their native Scotland. The breed seems to be undergoing a
surge of popularity with both farmers and conservation organisations who use them for grazing marshes and other sensitive environments.
This Highland calf was photographed at Fairburn Ings reserve and is part of my favourite series of Highland images.
