Barn Owl Photographic Print taken near York.

Barn Owls are a familiar sight in the British countryside, drifting like ghosts across fields
at sunset, hunting hedgerows and headlands for small mammals.
Sunset is a great time to photograph them, when feathers are tinged with golden
sunlight.
This is a tame bird photographed during courses we run with York Birds of Prey Centre.
