Product Description

Female Otter and Cubs photographic print taken on the Isle of Skye.

Skye is widely recognised as one of the best places to photograph otters. They can be hard to spot and get close to though, so photographing this mother and cubs catching fish and shellfish on a Scottish loch was a rare privilege, and a challenge to photograph.

Otters can be very vulnerable to disturbance so it takes great time and care to take close images without disturbing them, and my aim is always to get the photo and leave without disrupting the animal’s behaviour.
