Westwood Cattle Photographic Print taken near Beverley East Yorkshire

Beverley Westwood is common pastureland near the market town of Beverley
in East Yorkshire. Cattle graze the commons each summer under licence
and the management of the Pasture Masters, who have permission to graze
a specific number of animals. The cattle are an interesting mixture, with this
year’s herds made up of young Friesian, British White, Highland and other breeds
and crossbreeds. I photograph them every year, and my cattle identification skills
are challenged every time!
